Italian Pasta at George & Dragon

The pasta menu has more than ten Italian dishes: from spaghetti carbonara with guanciale, egg and pecorino, spaghetti bolognese and penne arrabbiata, to tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, rigatoni fiorentina with buffalo mozzarella or gnocchi with basil pesto and prawns. If you prefer seafood, choose the seafood spaghetti (prawns, mussels, squid and anchovies) or the rigatoni with prawns and spinach. Portions weigh between 250 and 350 g.

White wines from our wine collection go well with pasta: La Tessa Pecorino, La Tessa Passerina and Cepari Criva list pasta among their recommended pairings, and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo lists beef and pasta.
