5. Data collected through the reservation form
If you use the reservation form on the Contact page, we collect: name, phone number, number of guests, date, time, and any special notes (e.g. food allergies). This data is sent directly to our email address (rezervari@george-dragon.ro) and is used solely to process and confirm your reservation. We do not sell, rent, or use this data for marketing without your explicit consent.
If you have accepted marketing cookies, when you send a reservation or tap our phone number we send a conversion event to Meta and TikTok to measure how well our ads perform. Your name and phone number are sent only in irreversibly encrypted form (SHA-256 hash), together with your IP address and browser type. Without your marketing consent, this data is not sent.
6. Your rights under GDPR
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
